I videoed this sound of a subway train in glasgow scotland on the famous "clockwork orange" train as they are called. I used my canon powershot a460 digital camera to video this, i simply took the sound from the video. I was lucky enough to get a good run on this with just a few poeple on board, so there wasn't any other sound apart from the train, the only time you here some movement of feet is when the doors open. Please note, anybody is free to use this sound, you don't have to credit me, but it would be fun to hear how you use my sound if possible. :) here is the link to the type of licence i use. Fast train passing, approx less than 3m away from track with tascam dr-05. This is a good recording although:i was glad to find a place to record a passing train without any kind of other disturbing noise and people! but i was really p. . . Off when right after the train passed an older guy with his bicycle stopped right beside me (you can hear him braking and stopping) "are you recording?" - "no, i´m just here planning a train robbery. . . ". .
